Who we are
Afri world tours provides the tour operator studio at flextravel.app. This policy explains what we collect when you use the public site, create a workspace, or connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account for posting.
Account and workspace
When you register, we store your name, email, company name, and the password credentials needed to sign you in. Inside a workspace we store the itineraries, packages, rates, bookings, inquiries, logos, and posters you add.
Travellers on a booking site
A booking request collects the details the form asks for, such as name, email, phone, travel dates, number of travellers, and the message. That request is shown to the tour company whose site you used.
Facebook and Instagram
If you connect a Page, Meta shares the permission you grant, the Page identity, and a token we use to publish or schedule the poster you choose. We do not post until you ask us to. You can disconnect the Page from the workspace. Meta’s own policy describes how Meta handles that login.
How we use it
We use this information to run your workspace, show your booking website, deliver inquiries, send the messages you request, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.
Who else processes it
The app is hosted so it can be reached at flextravel.app, and workspace data is stored in our database. A connected Facebook or Instagram post is sent to Meta when you publish or when a scheduled time arrives.
How long we keep it
We keep workspace data while the account is active. You can ask us to delete an account or a connected Page token. We may keep a record we are required to retain for security or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can update company details in the workspace, disconnect a social account, and ask for access or deletion of personal information we hold. Email hello@afriworldtours.com.
